Contracts
We offer Service Contracts to support your IT requirements. These are useful if you have critical computer systems that
you cannot afford to have down. Service Contracts guarantee a certain level of support
for an appropriate fee. The level of support is tailored to your needs. These are normally one or two days per month with
a response time appropriate for your business,
for example we guarantee to response in 1 business day.
In addition we will provide telephone and email support and, where possible, keep an eye on your system remotely (e.g. check back ups, monitor
server performance).
